🌸 Returns and Refunds

We hope you love everything you order from The Stickery, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to use on a future purchase.

Please note:

• Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.

• We do not refund original shipping fees.

💔 Damaged or faulty items

We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

🚫 Non-returnable items

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on:

• Used or opened items

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale
