We hope you love everything you order from The Stickery, but if somethingโ€™s not quite right, hereโ€™s how we handle returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

If your return is approved, youโ€™ll receiveย store credit to use on a future purchase.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable shipping methodโ€”we canโ€™t guarantee weโ€™ll receive your return otherwise.

  • We do not refund original shipping fees.

๐Ÿ’” Damaged or faulty items

We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number, and weโ€™ll do our best to make it right.

We donโ€™t accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale
